Brasseri 45 is a very nice restaurant, and it's in the 2nd floor with a great view of Karl Johansgate. The reason for the name is that they have 45 small dishes for 45,- NOK (ca 7 USD), which is incredibly cheap! The maindishes are more expencive, but still very cheap. Absolutely worth a visit!
