In the geological museum you can find precious stones and rocks, and also fossils including a dinosaur skeleton. It is situated in Toyen, with the botanical garden and zoological museum, all a part of the University in Oslo.
Entrance is 20,- NOK for children, 40,- NOK for adults or 80,- NOK for families.

You can take all of the metros to Toyen station that lies right next to the museums, or you can take bus nr 20 to the station called 'Munchmuseum'. It's also just a short walk from downtown.
